As part of a continually evolving process we have become aware of the demand for Calibre Executive Retreats. These are arranged either individually or in small groups (of no more than 6) and take place in the idyllic setting of the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

Whilst the format of the event is tailored to the client’s individual requirements, the outline plan is to spend three days and two nights in a ‘one to one’ setting or in a dedicated small group.

Norman Drummond has pioneered this process following recent consultations with leading practitioners in Norway and the United States.
